Slate Creek Builders, LLC is a design-build firm located in Blacksburg, VA.  We specialize in custom remodels and new homes, especially kitchen and bath remodels and additions.  Our owners, Sean and Carol, moved back to the area from Northern Virginia in 2004 to enjoy the great quality of life that the Blacksburg area has to offer. In 2010, they decided that Sean would leave a travel intensive corporate position to pursue their own community-based business and be able to be closer to home for their growing boys.  The solution was to create their own custom home and remodeling business, and Slate Creek Builders was born. It has been a terrific and challenging journey. The company's growth has come from hard work, determination, a growing resume of successful projects, and some incredible clients; SCB would not be where they are today today if it weren’t for the clients that have trusted Sean and SCB with their homes and budgets and allowed SCB to develop their dreams into realities
