The Institute of Innovative Biomedical Technology was initially established in 2001. In 2006 it achieved the Scientific Institute status awarded by the Latvian Government. By 2010 developed an organized and progressive manufacturing unit for FitoBALT®, a company owned and registered brand. The main focus of the Institute activities and research are based on healthy supplements and functional food products, herbal teas for multiple purposes, cosmetics and nutricosmetics - all developed from scratch and manufactured in our premises. Our team of biologists, chemists, doctors, engineers, etc. are extremely educated and experienced to face the demands of our clients and always ready to take on new challenges. Our headquarters, including laboratories, research rooms, manufacturing facilities and other premises, can cover an area larger than 2600 square meters in the same building. This facilitates the research, storage of ingredients and final products, quality checks, communication and interaction within the operational units.
