Giant Developments is a housing developer that enables municipalities to provide affordable and supportive housing to low-income vulnerable communities. Through impact investment strategies, our objective is to utilize prefabricated modular units to develop well-designed, inclusive and economically-conscious communities. This model allows us to provide housing at a large scale rapidly and efficiently. In collaboration with municipal and urban development departments, we aim to increase below market rental units , affordable and social housing by making use of under-utilized land.
