CAS Mariusz Postol
www.cas.euCAS has completed a variety of highly complex projects for both government and industry in Poland, including a flight inspection system for ground radio navigation facilities; a distributed system for pollution emission monitoring for power plants; a telemetric system designed for remote monitoring and control of unmanned pumping station for a power plant group; a computer-aided control system for one of the largest coal mines in the world; computer system integration for large-format visualization of information for industrial networks; the design of approach lighting systems for an airport; various factory automation and monitoring systems; implementation of communication protocols; and development of unique software of real-time distributed systems. CAS has international experience, including distribution/representative agreements with both U.S. and Denmark based companies. The technology of advanced real-time systems software development and implementation, our knowledge and skills in the field of project organization (starting from the development of new hi-tech solution ideas and feasibility analysis, including systems aims and main functions, system functions specification (algorithms), preliminary costs, and selection of appropriate resources) allow us to provide the development of a totally open system. In the communication layer, we make use of hi-tech technologies (e.g. radio communication, satellite transponders, GSM/GPRS, trunked radio, ISDN, fiber optics, xDSL, television cable, etc.). For radio communication, we provide a simulation of the propagation model. We build our total systems using an open architecture based on OPC servers and components technology. Generally speaking, CAS offers: Software Research and Development (Cooperative Development). Services in the field of the development of real-time industrial systems, and Ready-to-use software packages.
