Test Prep Chicago offers courses for 7th and 8th graders in Chicago to prepare them for the entrance exams for Selective Enrollment (public), independent/private, and parochial/Catholic high schools. Our 8th grade course (offered October through December) will prepare students for one, two, or all three types of entrance exams (SEHS, ISEE, HSPT) that they choose to take. Class time will be focused on content universal to all of the exams. Homework will be specific to the entrance exams each student chooses to take. Our 7th grade course (offered January to March) will prepare 7th graders for the appropriate standardized test (scores are a key aspect of the high school entrance application) that he/she will be taking (ISAT, IOWA, Terra Nova, Stanford 10).
