Di Marco was founded in 1981 within the professional pizza sector and was born from the entrepreneurial initiative of Corrado Di Marco, an expert in the world of flour. Since the company’s inception, we have developed our own mix of flours specific to Pizza in Teglia alla Romana (Roman-style pan pizza) to create Pizzasnella®. Our products have innovated the pizza-by-the-slice market thanks to the elimination of fats in the dough to obtain a digestible and fragrant product. In 2001, the company's flagship product was created: the Pinsa Romana. With its products, Di Marco is present in trade and Ho.Re.Ca, markets, too. Regarded all over the world, it is today Di Marco's international calling card. Since 2008, the Di Marco family and the ever-growing staff have been working with a passion in the new Guidonia Montecelio plant, just outside Rome.
