With small group classes running all day long and everything you need provided, all you need to do is just find a little time in your busy day and show up. ==== EFFECTIVE We've read the research, and 20 minutes of HIIT has been repeatedly shown to be far more effective than an hour of consistent effort on a bike or a treadmill. If you can just ask a little bit more from your body than it can handle, you can raise your metabolic rate for up to 48 hours after your training session. If you want to burn fat whilst watching TV, HIIT is the way to do it. PERSONALIZED We've got 4 levels of progression, so whether you're a high level athlete or stepping into a gym for the first time, we've got you covered. There's no 'one size fits all' when it comes to fitness, so our coaches are trained to adjust the daily programs according to your specific needs. This means you always get an individualized experience that works for you. SAFE At Ritual, we focus on form over reps, because not only will you get more out of doing 5 perfect reps than 15 poorly-executed ones, you' re far less likely to injure yourself in the process.
