We also offer sharpening and repair services, and knife sharpening classes for Japanese kitchen knives. We specialize in helping match people with the knives and stones that are a good fit for them. In addition to kitchen knives and related items, we carry other Japanese artistic works, including traditional Japanese pottery (Shino, Oribe, Kiseto, Setoguro, etc.), many of which have been made using an Anagama kiln (traditional wood burning kiln).
