Motivated by a vision to create an urban sanctuary, Dwana created Align to offer a variety of wellness classes for people who have demanding lifestyles. Taking a holistic approach to physical and mental health, we provide quality yoga and meditation classes to corporate groups within their office space to release aching muscles and calm busy minds. At the other end of the spectrum, we offer postural correction and fitness classes designed to condition and tone the body. The primary objective is to hold a space for corporate groups and individuals to de-stress, energise, move, build awareness and lay the foundation for happiness in life and work. Each program is different, designed to teach from the doing, and tailored to relate to the individual/s who are present.
