He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified by the Massachusetts Board of Substance Abuse Counselor Certification as an Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselor. In addition, he is DOT/SAP qualified to provide substance abuse assessment, treatment planning and referrals for the companies that fall under US Department of Transportation.
