Here is how it works You earn 5% rewards for each hour a contractor works calculated on the bill rate. You can accrue up to $2500.00 per contractor per year and your reward dollars never expire. You may use these rewards toward future direct hire fees with no limit. If your rewards cover the entire direct hire fee we will happily credit you for all of it!
