OregonCyber
www.oregoncyber.comWe are a software engineering academy dedicated to teach software engineering knowledge, skills, and real practices to elementary, middle, and high school students (8 years old or older). Our students will learn programming fundamentals from rules of logic, problem solving methods, algorithm, data structures, to actual implementation. They will not only learn how to develop computer programs, but also how to follow good software engineering processes to deliver them successfully. This includes learning requirement gathering and analyzing, designing, developing, and testing the software. Importantly, our students will also experience working and collaborating in a team applying the knowledge they learn into real world practices. Importantly, our students will also experience working and collaborating in a team applying the knowledge they learn into real world practices. Students will be taught by software engineers with many years of experience in software industry who could give them better understanding and familiarity on the subjects with the relevant examples based on real experiences. In addition to the educational service provided above, we also offer coaching or mentoring that assist our students to solve difficulties in their learning, to explore the world of software programming, and to develop and build their portfolios so that they can showcase their software applications that can be used later when they are about to enter college or look for an internship.
