APEFE is a Belgian 37 years old non-profit organisation working for the development of technical capacities in the southern countries. As the international cooperation agency of the Federation of Wallonie-Bruxelles and Wallonia, APEFE is also strengthening collaborations of belgian institutional stakeholders working in the field development. In this view APEFE created with VVOB the first belgian platform for education and development : EducAid.be
