Zeleros designs and develops new technologies for sustainable and efficient transportation, which will allow to travel at 1000 km/h with renewable energies, combining the best from the aeronautics and the railway industries. The founders of Zeleros come from “Hyperloop UPV”, University project awarded at SpaceX Hyperloop Design Weekend Competition in 2015 for their Top Design Concept and Best Propulsion system, organized by visionary Elon Musk, competing against world’s most prestigious universities in engineering. Recently, the tean achieved top 10 at the SpaceX competition in Los Angeles (California), from among more than 300 teams worldwide. "The Atlantic II" became the first non-commercial Spanish Hyperloop prototype in history, being the most powerful and combining autonomous propulsion with a passive levitation system. After two years of studies and developments of the “fifth transportation method”, the founders of Hyperloop UPV team began the startup phase at the end of 2016, creating “Zeleros”, and are now carrying out several projects apart from the University team. Zeleros counts with the support of leading companies in several key industries and public organisations, interested in pushing towards the evolution of this new and promising market and technologies. In the short term, the team is applying their knowledge to several fields, but the end objective is to be a lead player in Europe in the development of sustainable transportation technologies, and to build key partnerships to make it a reality.
