Spare to Share is a community engagement technology company based in downtown Chicago. We provide an online platform (web & mobile app) that enhances community experience through communication & collaboration within closed communities such as residential and commercial properties. In short, we provide a cobranded app for property managers to deliver a high level of service to residents. We exist because we have found that residents - Millennials in particular - demand apps for basic services, and are anxious for an enhanced level of connectivity and engagement within the places they live and work. So we built a web & mobile app solution to help property managers connect to their residents, and residents connect to each other. We sell our service to properties managers as an amenity that they offer to their residents to increase engagement, connections and loyalty leading to reduced turns, improved service level and increased profitability.
