Recognising how your success, and that of your students and staff intertwine, we’re dedicated to helping you reach your true potential, as it’s only then that your students and your community will reach theirs. WHO WE ARE Established in 2010, the Queensland Education Leadership Institute (QELi) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to developing the leadership capabilities of educators. Working in partnership with the Queensland Department of Education and Training, Independent Schools Queensland and the Queensland Catholic Education Commission, we deliver leadership development solutions and support to educators within Queensland, across Australia and internationally. WHAT WE DO You teach your students to dream big and work hard – shouldn’t you do the same? At QELi we believe an inspired and motivated teacher is an inspirational leader. Self-aware and confident in their ability to lead, they’re visionaries with big goals – for themselves and their students. That’s why we deliver accessible and affordable leadership programs designed to help you envision and work towards a big future. Not only that, we connect you with an exceptional community of educators, facilitators, guest presenters, coaches and thought leaders dedicated to developing their own leadership abilities, and supporting others on their leadership journey. And whether you’re at the start of your career or have scaled the heights, our programs are designed and customisable to suit you – your needs, your school, your students, and your community.
