It was founded in 1999 with the aim of promoting the development of companies operating in the trade, tourism and services sectors. Its shareholders are almost 50 credit guarantee consortia and cooperatives, associated with Confcommercio. The company offers counter-guarantee and direct guarantee in partnership with its associated consortia. Moreover, Fin.Promo.Ter. develops services and financial instruments to widen and straiten its offering toward its associates and toward the SMEs.
