Our distinctive approach starts from gaining deep insight into the client’s context to identifying new approaches and possibilities, and culminates in transforming this learning into practicing new and sustainable ways of being. For teams, we specialise in Coaching Circles: an ‘action learning’ approach by which teams coach each other through real life business related issues, while at the same time fast tracking empathy, collaboration and identification with the team. Every one of our partners and associate coaches are certified Integral Development Coaches through New Ventures West (ICF accredited) and have recent senior management experience in the FMCG or service industry.
