It was founded in November 2007 as an independent partnership with the mission to select and distribute the best in class independent managers and alternative products to institutional investors in Brazil. Currently, Itajuba Investimentos are the third party sales and marketing company of five well-known independent asset managers in Brazil, with a portfolio of twelve different products including equities, credit, long/short mandates, hedge funds and FoHF. Based in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, it has a legal status of “Agente Autônomo de Investimentos” and it is registered and regulated by CVM (Brazil’s SEC).
