At Tiffany Dawson Coaching, I coach and inspire women working in STEM (science, technology, engineering & maths) careers to create wildly fulfilling work and home lives. The reason I'm so passionate about achieving my vision for gender equality in STEM is because I worked in construction engineering for 8 years. Time and time again, I watched brilliant women leave their STEM jobs due to feeling unfulfilled in their roles. So much magic happens during my individual coaching sessions as we dive deep into areas my clients haven't nurtured in a long time. I also run group workshops which bring fun and laughter into the workplace while learning about life changing concepts. Part of my job is also to raise awareness to everyone as to WHY gender equality in STEM is needed! I love to rile people up by speaking at events to get the conversation started.
