Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA) is an independent, non-governmental organisation, bringing together real estate developers (RE) and other professionals, operating in real estate market field. Main tasks are: · Cooperation with the Government, ministries and other national state and municipal institutions aiming to improve business environment and investment climate in the country · Promotion of sustainable development standards and initiatives · Raising the standards for the activities of developers Main activities: · LNTPA represents the interests of its members and developers in state institutions · Carries out and publishes Real Estate Market Future Index · Organises the annual conference of real estate market · Presides over the Baltic branch of the International Real Estate Federation FIABCI · Carries out social, demographic and housing development surveys · Organises the educational activities of Sustainable Development Academy · Organises Sustainable Development Contest for the best real estate projects · Organises Sustainable Environment Contest for the places with best maintained environment · Monthly meetings and events for communication between members
