CMPM was formed by physicians in 2008 to address financial issues faced by private practice doctors. It began with six internal medicine groups and has grown into a successful multi-specialty group. Today, CMPM includes 33 physicians and 25 nurse practitioners. CMPM specialties include internal medicine, pediatrics, allergy, cardiology, endocrinology and OBGYN. We of CMPM strive to maintain independence from competing markets in the healthcare industry by creating an autonomous network of nationally recognized and excellently trained physicians, nurse practicioners, and health care workers. We address the health care needs of those in the Shelby Country region and surrounding areas by providing outstanding and compassionate care. -Mission Statement
