With our 360 degree communication strategy we are able to select the best touch point for each of our different CITTI Markt target groups (privat and Skandinavien customers, B2B etc.). Therefore our popular loyalty program is absolutely essential. Customer data is our key to adjust product lines, promotions and mailings.
