Realised significant benefitd in bargain on purchase, consolidated profitability, increased NTA and tangible synergies. Turnaround / Productivity: • Orchestrated turnaround of Hospitality Group from net loss of 20% to net profit of 10% (~MYR 15m) profitability swing in 3 years via productivity, simplification and rationalization of management structures. • Implemented action plans for an Oil & Gas equipment company to free up working capital with aged inventory >50% due combination of slow inventory turnover and meeting MOQ to maintain principal distributorship. Strategy / Business Development: • Construction: Established construction Joint Venture in Malaysia from day zero to being awarded ~MYR 100m of worth of infrastructure construction contracts within 2 years. • Retail & Service: 2x revenue within 1 year, drove diversification and expansion of product, retail & services footprint. Successfully signed collaboration with Kidzania Malaysia and lead CSR partnership with refugee school. • E-commerce & channel distribution: Signed exclusive distributorship with leading Korean cosmetics company to be pioneer in Malaysia. Go-to-Market via brick & mortar, ecommerce, Facebook and Instagram, engaging legacy and new KOL/influencer marketing methods.
