Michael Innamorato is our Founder Michael has been working in the Information Technology staffing/recruiting industry for nearly 2 decades. His knowledgeable insight and extensive experience have proven to be a distinct edge in creating successful candidate and client matches, and is further augmented by industry experience, on both the agency and corporate side of the staffing industry. After earning his degree in Economics from The University of Albany in May 1998, he joined a national staffing firm and quickly developed a passion for the field. In 2000 he took on a role as a Corporate Recruiter for TMP Worldwide (then the parent company to Monster). He then assumed an Executive Recruiter role at a Premier Staffing firm and become one of their top producers. Leveraging all this he founded GATE along with a few partners.
