Our goal is to help women become confident in their skills, introduce them to agile methodology, and gain collaborative experience. To do that we remotely collaborate on building an application with a social impact for eight weeks. We are women UX researchers, UX designers, Developers, Machine Learning Engineers, mothers returning to tech, and others related to digital product development roles. We help one another become confident in our skills so we can get that job or promotion we want.
