REAL (Real Estate Aspiring Leaders) was founded with a core mission and philosophy in mind: to connect the next generation of leaders in commercial real estate by fostering new relationships between young, like-minded professionals who strive for excellence in their careers. REAL aims to provide its members with a strong network and knowledge base by creating private yet casual forums in which members can discuss market conditions and key developments in their disciplines, and most importantly, develop strong relationships that will grow into successful, lasting business partnerships. REAL’s core membership consists of young professionals who excel in their respective roles in real estate development, acquisitions, debt/equity investment, capital markets and investment sales disciplines.
