Arboreall is an HR tech-based startup with the purpose of promoting sustainable practices of employment while changing the recruitment paradigm. Its focus is on individuals’ personal and professional continuous development and companies’ corporate sustained growth. To do so, Arboreall offers a digital platform focused on an integrated solution for talent development, talent assessment, talent selection, and talent management, which articulates two complementary products: one conceived to understand and maximize individuals’ talent and the other conceived to empower companies to properly map, measure, monitor, manage, and improve their talent ecosystem. Arboreall's goal is to bridge the gap between individuals’ talent and companies’ talent ecosystem’s needs in order to increase the fit between them so it can be possible to diminish the margin of error in hiring; that should reduce employees’ turnover index (one company at a time).
