Lisa Belodoff started Bell Collaborative as a consulting business serving the optics, photonics and high-tech industries. With the help of her network and colleagues, she has turned it into a full-service, data-driven, strategic business and marketing collaborative. Lisa and her team of optics and photonics experts have helped in the formation of capture teams and strategic alliances throughout the supply chain. She has spent her career building extensive relationships in precision optics, fiber optics/IT infrastructure, medical device, life science, AR/VR, LiDAR, DoD, night vision systems, IR/Thermal, Space and other consumer technology and scientific applications. Formerly, Lisa was the Vice President of Business Development at Rochester Precision Optics and previously served on the leadership team at LightWorks Optics, which successfully exited and sold to II-VI corporation. Before that, she held the position of Vice President of CABLExpress and served on the leadership team for CXtec in Syracuse, NY. In two short years Lisa has grown her consulting gig into a team of 20+ experts to partner with Bell Collaborative customers. In that time the BC HQ went from a third story attic in a historic house built the early 1900s to a fully renovated tech incubator on the 6th floor of Sibley Square in downtown Rochester, NY.
