www.amclub.chThe American International Club of Geneva is a non-profit Anglophone professional and social club made up of over 700 professional men and women representing over 40 nationalities. Started in 1951, primarily as an organization for American expats, the AIC has evolved over the decades to be Geneva’s premier organization for enriching the lives of those with diverse background and interests in the Geneva community. The purpose of the AIC is to: To foster friendly and prosperous relationships among AIC members. To provide unique experiences by participating in exclusive events, assisting in improving the community, and assisting members develop personally and professionally. To promote friendly and strong relationships among the American, international, and local communities within the Geneva region. Our activities are concentrated on the following core events: Renowned Speaker’s Luncheon. Considered Geneva’s premier speaker’s program, we choose speakers that inspire, inform, and enrich our members. AIC Professional Programs. Professional Programs are conducted to help our members develop professionally, provide financial guidance, and more. Family oriented 4th of July picnic and Thanksgiving Dinner. While we have many non-Americans in the AIC, we do take the opportunity to celebrate these truly all American holidays. Sports Programs. Each year we host fabulous golf and tennis tournaments that foster strong relationships and friendly competition. Cultural events. Whether it be an exclusive behind the scenes visit, special English speaking tour, or advance ticket purchase, we value arts and entertainment in the region. Community enrichment. The AIC wants to give back to the community that makes life in Geneva such a wonderful experience. Each year, we pick a charity or cause that we can help make a difference in the quality of lives within the Geneva community.
