TEENS AND YOUTHS IN LEADERSHIP, formerly known as iLEAD was founded on 4th of May, 2017 with the vision of raising young transformational leaders who would occupy every sector of Africa by 2050. The organization achieves this vision through leadership and capacity development training and empowerment programmes targeted at helping young individuals discover, develop and unleash their innate potentials towards leadership. The organization also engage other partnering organizations on executing community projects and has over the years impacted on major areas such as : promotion of rights of persons with disabilities, secondary school empowerment outreach (Catch them young service), giving of palliatives to public road sweepers. The organization started a community where individuals who have gone through TYIL fellowship programme are brought into and are properly equipped with the necessary skill set needed to lead in their respective area of influence and impact the entire society. The organization embraces organic growth strategy where she aims at establishing her base gradually across the African continent.
