I help other businesses achieve their goals through designing and delivering high impact blended learning programmes. Much of my work is driven by my passion and extensive experience in live online learning (virtual classrooms). I am an accredited trainer for Thera Rising’s ground-breaking programme, “Self-Defeating Habits of Otherwise Brilliant People,” which has boosted productivity in over 300 organisations world-wide through preventing and reversing workplace mistrust, tension and disengagement. I work with businesses directly and through partnering with other consultants and training companies.
