Since 2007 our positive psychology programs have helped more than fifty thousand highly stressed people to build happier, healthier lives. In 2009 our researchers, psychologists, and public health specialists identified Happiness Intelligence. Since then we’ve developed proven tested programs to build happiness in adults, children and organizations.
