Inspired by the loose fitted, flowing stolas worn by women of ancient Rome, we were drawn to reimagine this forgotten fabric. Having once journeyed down the Silk Roads, adorned Frankish Queens and voyaged on the Mayflower, hemp today provides a sustainable and elegant alternative to cotton and other resource hungry fabrics. Hemp has a small environmental footprint and grows organically using five times less water than cotton.
