Twenty Two vacant lots remain. The community is served by both Ela and Cuba Township and Barrington and Lake Zurich school districts. Wynstone is managed by the Wynstone Property Owners’ Association (WPOA) a Not-for Profit Corporation managed and operated by a Board of Directors and staff. Wynstone is governed by their Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and the Architectural Review Guidelines. These documents ensure the community is maintained in the highest regard. Wynstone is a self sufficient community. The private roads, water treatment plant and common areas are maintained by a professional on-site staff.
