Paradime Solutions was born from the joint desire of the founders to provide the community with human development programmes designed to fit contemporary market requirements in a holistic, practical and simple manner. During their travels through the field of management and exposure to management education, the founders realised that most human development programmes addressed academic topics, and many gave participants excessive detail, which was nice to know, felt good during the programme, but most learning was forgotten in a matter of weeks. This started a journey of exploration and creation of workshops and courses enabling holistic learning in a practical, easy to follow and fun way, allowing recall and reference after the course. The courses are designed by practitioners with a high degree of hands-on experience and intended to equip participants with knowledge and skills to handle real-life situations.
