Our strategy: - Invest for the long term. We don't have time constraints. We may end up staying 3 years in a company, or 20, but in any case and for any decision we consider the company's long term interest. - Support CEOs at a very operational level. We have a diversified team of solid professionals, with a broad spectrum of competences, passionate about helping our companies build solid foundations and grow. - Only invest in companies and leaders committed to do better for future generations.
