The College of Agriculture offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in agricultural and environmental sciences and undergraduate degrees in human sciences. Its research farm showcases Dexter cattle, Savannah goats, and guinea hens. Crop research includes industrialized hemp, amaranth, cowpeas, organic farming, and sustainable energy crop production such as canola. Our students learn in the classroom, the lab, the field, and the business setting through internship placement.
