The purpose of COR is to provide businesses and organizations with evidence-based solutions to the issues that confront people in work environments. COR is managed by the Industrial-Organizational Psychology faculty at The University of Akron with assistance from faculty in the Department of Management. The Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at The University of Akron is a top-ten nationally ranked program. Services are provided by graduate student-faculty teams or by well-trained graduate students under the supervision of University of Akron faculty.
