It will also have exclusive spaces for crew members so that they can enjoy all the comforts of home and they can rest, relax or meet friends. In addition, in ‘Gran Marina del Estrecho’ you will enjoy an attractive and modern commercial area with landscape and open spaces, and you’ll find a selection of fashion boutiques and accessories from leading brands and national and internationally renowned commercial firms. The Multipurpose Commercial Building will have more than 7,600 sqm of built surface distributed over two floors. The ground floor with more than 4,000 sqm will have a large area of nautical and maritime equipment, leaving the rest for food, accessories, personal equipment and complementary services to the commercial and port area. On the first floor, a large hostelry area with 12 premises, 1,700 sqm of surface plus another 1,700 sqm of terraces with excellent views of the Bay.
