Lakeland STAR focuses on creating a positive and safe learning environment for all students. We house two charter schools: School, Grades 7-8 and Academy, Grades 9-12. We believe all students are S.T.A.R.s: Strong. Talented. Adventurous. Remarkable. Our mission: To cultivate self-reliance and determination in all students, so they may discover their unique potential and maximize their capabilities by providing a transition-focused, personalized education program in an environment that fosters acceptance and honors individual strengths.
