Founding Partner Bernard Daskal was one of the lead authors of the Settlement Construct and Settlement Construct Protocol that was used to settle hundreds of Fleet Phospho-soda claims in the related Multi-District Litigation. He also worked closely with the Plaintiffs Executive Committee in that litigation, and was one of two permanent members on the Fleet Phospho-soda Claims Committee.
