The Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention is an independent non-profit center that will operate in the Middle East and North Africa and the region. This center will act as a regional hub for healthcare professionals’ education, consultation, research and capacity-building, as well as disease control and prevention. It will also focus on attracting major research and development investments from the global pharmaceutical and medical/biomedical industries.
