Our approach is based on the strong cooperation with selected non-competing corporate partners from the industry. We are not selling a consulting project, we aim at developing successful new ventures in the Real Estate & Construction business together. WHAT ARE WE DOING? - Together with our corporate partners we discover the most relevant pain points in the real estate & construction industry and develop an opportunity portfolio for new solutions with high market need. - Ideas are validated with customers and minimum viable products (MVPs) are developed in a staged process. - After product-market fit has been reached, new ventures are incorporated with a team of selected entrepreneurs and experts such as tech, marketing, finance and legal. - Corporate partners provide the funding through a partnership fee which covers the cost for MVP development. At incorporation there will be a separate seed funding round to finance new ventures. - Equity is shared amongst corporate partners, WallWorks and the venture teams to secure alignment. - The corporate partner’s share in the venture is growing over time by leading follow-up funding rounds with the goal of taking over a majority stake.
