Including and not limited to estimating, contracts, B2B/B2C site evaluations with construction related sales, banking/accounting, budget planning, customer satisfaction and ratings, city relations, permits, inspections, employee management and training, problem solving and implementation, job specific engineer/architect relations, project management, site management, scope specific subcontractor procurement and quality control, licensing and regulation, city/state regulatory implementation and overall job site safety. Mr. Brown is well versed in a wide variety of machinery, equipment and has proven to be the driving force of the company pushing a passion for excellence, coupled with dedication that yields a long history of success.
