EatDenver is a 501(c)6 nonprofit membership organization that works to support and strengthen Denver’s independent restaurant community. Guided by a belief that a rising tide raises all ships, the foundation of our organization is in fostering collaboration between restaurant owners, chefs, managers, and staff. Since 2008, our membership has grown to over 275 locally-owned, metro-area restaurants. We focus on strengthening the independent restaurant community through industry education and discussion, facilitating collaboration between local producers, thought-leaders and stakeholders, marketing independent restaurants through events and digital avenues, and advocating for their needs and values.
