The UBW Unternehmensberatung Wagenhofer offers innovative services in the sector of management consulting and training to costumers of various sizes. Target group for these services are service organisations mainly in the public sector. The main topics are organisational reform, process improvement and support for EU-funded projects. With those innovative services customers can achieve considerable improvement in fulfilling their duties. Beside that UBW is also strongly involved in Six Sigma, delivering trainings in several European countries e.g. Germany, UK, Albania, Poland, Romania and Kosovo for banking, car and service industry. In the last years UBW’s managing director was strongly involved in coaching and mentoring activities across Europe. UBW together with Burghauptmannschaft Oesterreich (which is responsible for maintaining and managing the built Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Austria, like Imperial Palace Vienna, Imperial Palace Innsbruck) and the Austrian Monument Office had established in January 2018 “The European Heritage Academy” (registerd brand) for trainings in the cultural heritage sector. Due to projects in the field of Cultural Heritage UBW has a vast network of Cultural Heritage Organisations. UBW also supports BHOe in its European and international activities. Therefore, there are members in this network from all over Europe, like National Trust of England, National Trust of Slovakia, North England Civic Trust, Association of Spanish Heritage Manager, Association of Hungarian Manager, etc.
