Fast Food Enterprises #3, LLP is a Burger King franchise group that owns and operates 10 Burger King Restaurants in Erie, Pennsylvania. Further, Mid-Florida Ventures, Inc. owns an office building in Vero Beach, Florida that is currently being leased to a radio broadcasting company.
