There is therefore a need for a skills development partner, geared towards providing sustainable skills development solutions, in South Africa. This need was the driving force behind the establishment of Career Pathing Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a 100% black owned private company. The aim of CPS is to provide occupational directed, accredited and sustainable skills development solutions to all industries and individuals in South Africa. In our approach, we merge applied knowledge, theoretical expertise, and all-round practical experience in the skills development arena. Our primary objective, is to continuously be at the forefront of providing relevant skills development initiatives to the industry and, by following a consultative approach, be attuned to the skills development needs of our customers. We will address these needs by assisting HR with the implementation of career paths. Our focus, is to provide access to learning programmes which are both recognised and relevant in lifelong learning. We offer tailor-made assistance to clients by remaining conscious of their specific needs. The CPS team will strive to ensure that all our clients and stakeholders receive the highest standard of service delivery within the Skills Development arena.
