CareER was established and registered as a charity in Hong Kong in 2014. It is the first charitable job-matching platform and peer support community for highly educated persons with disabilities and special educational needs (SENs). We aimed to promote disability inclusion in the workplace through various member events and corporate training services. Hence, to change society’s attitude towards persons with disabilities and SENs.
